PLACING AN ORDER

When you have finished your purchases, validate your order by clicking on the ‘’pay’’ order button.

In the event of an error on your part when filling out the purchase order, we advise you to send us a cancellation request by e-mail within 24 hours; After cancellation of the order by present-supply.com, you can order again.

PRICES

The prices are indicated in Moroccan Dirhams, they take into account any discounts granted by present-supply.com on the day of the order. The indicated prices are guaranteed within the limit of available stocks, except for significant changes in costs, and except for typographical errors or omissions. The indicated prices do not include delivery costs, which will be billed additionally and specified to the CUSTOMER upon final validation of their order. present-supply.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but items will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered, subject nevertheless to the availability of the said items. When a validated order contains one or more erroneous elements (price, description, photo, …), present-supply.com reserves the right to cancel it and proceed with the refund of the order at its sole discretion, without the CUSTOMER being able to contest the chosen solution or engage the liability of present-supply.com in order to claim compensation for the damage suffered.

ORDER EXECUTION

The order will be executed no later than 3 working days from the day following the one on which the Customer placed their order.

In the event of unavailability of the ordered Product, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel their order.

DELIVERY

Delivery is not handled by present-supply.com , the customer will collect their merchandise at the delivery address indicated on their Purchase Order.

The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the Purchase Order. The Customer is required to check the packaging of the merchandise upon delivery and to report any damage caused by the carrier on the delivery note as well as to the present-supply.com platform within one day.

The Customer may, upon request, have an invoice sent to the delivery address by validating the option provided for this purpose on the Purchase Order.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Delivery costs are free for all our products and in all regions of Morocco.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES

Your order is shipped within 48 hours, subject to available stock. Payment is due upon delivery.

Any delays shall not give rise to damages, nor to cancellation of the order, nor to refusal to accept delivery.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN

From the date of delivery of your order, you have a period of 48 hours to exercise your right of withdrawal, and be fully refunded. The return shipping costs for the merchandise remain your responsibility. However, only merchandise returned in perfect condition for resale, complete and in its original packaging can be refunded.

REFUND

Please note that we refund your orders in case of dissatisfaction, for this we send the delivery person to collect & verify the merchandise and refund you the amount of the order minus the delivery and travel costs which are as follows.

FORCE MAJEURE

present-supply.com is bound to fulfill its obligations only to the extent that no event of force majeure hinders them.
